Nestled in Shrewsbury, the bustling and historic market town of Shropshire, our shop offers 8000 square feet of the latest cycling products, from current cycling fashion to Inner Tubes and top end carbon Time Trial bikes.
Established in 1951, Stan's Cycles is embedded in the local cycling scene with over 60 years of family service. From toddlers' balance bikes to the support of a racing team and youth development squad the shop has become the "hub" of the local cycling community.
Our new store on Wyle Cop has been many things, including an Army Barracks, Department Store furniture repository, Antique Centre and Night Club played by The Who, the Barron Knights and The Moody Blues. Lovingly restored, the building retains many of its architectural features including exposed wooden floors, Victorian coving and Iron Work and is a amazing environment to show bicycles and in which to work.
We all ride, whether for racing, fitness, commuting or fun and are here to share that passion and knowledge with you. With three floors of amazing products ranging from high end Pro Peloton bikes to the latest Mountain Bike technology and urban commute bikes, the shop has everything for the modern cyclist.
We have an in house Coffee Shop, serving our own blend of coffee sourced from a local supplier and cycling fuel, baked locally, to help you along mid ride. With a specific road, women's and MTB sections and a professional bike fit service Stan's Cycles can look after your every cycling need.
